FRONT LINE WITH THE MBA EXPERIENCE

“What are the chances in your life of meeting an Australian working in Russia and doing an MBA in Paris?  That is the kind of possibility that our MBA can bring!”

Sandrine Rognon

What is your role within the Global MBA programme?

I have been working for the kedge Global EMBA for the past 5 years. First, as a programme coordinator and since June 2016 as an admissions officer for the Marseille Campus.

What kind of personal investment does this require?

We need to be very pro-active with our candidates. They are high profile managers who need to be supported & informed throughout the admissions process regarding the programme content, the financing options and the flexibility offered by pour programme.

What is the importance/significance of staff involvement with EMBA participants?

Each member of the MBA team is involved in the smooth running of the participants’ MBA experience. We all have an important responsibility in giving the most accurate & updated information about the programme.

What do you get out of working with EMBA participants?

Working for the Global EMBA is a great opportunity to meet people with different backgrounds, profiles and from various countries. What are the chances in your life of meeting an Australian working in Russia and doing an MBA in Paris? That is the kind of possibility that our MBA can bring!  It is a great and real opportunity to be part of the participants’ MBA experience, especially during our International seminars where the MBA staff join in the participants.

Of which achievement involving a participant/participants within the EMBA are you most proud?

Some participants might encounter professional and/or personal difficulties throughout their MBA. It can sometimes be a real challenge for them to finish their MBA. There is a truly great satisfaction in seeing them overcome their difficulties and proudly get their diploma.
