Course Description :
This course will offer deeper insights in how to develop innovative product and service ideas. This course will deeply explore how to create and develop viable solutions and connect the output of creative process to an execution strategy. For the entrepreneurs, this course will connect the Design Thinking process to the Lean Startup methodology. For the intrapreneurs, this course will connect the Design Thinking process to viable execution strategies in an established firm. This course will integrate guest speakers company visits and student presentations.

Course Objectives :
➔ Students will develop the skills to create and develop new products or services deploying Design Thinking and Innovation Principles.
➔ Students will learn how to visualize and articulate product and service concepts and prototypes·
➔ Students will be able to connect the Design Thinking process to the Lean Startup methodology and organizational idea execution strategies.
➔ Students will learn strategies on presenting product and service ideas to increase the likelihood of idea adoption.
Biography :
Albrecht Enders is owner and Principal at endersgroup and consults and teaches in the area of product and serviceinnovation. He has twenty-three years of experience in innovation leadership in the medical industries.
