Inbal Aviad 

Inbal Aviad is a highly regarded legal professional and corporate leader, presently serving as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer (CLCO) at Papaya Global, a globally recognized super unicorn valued at $3.7 billion. Inbal holds a pivotal position as a distinguished board member and key member of the senior executive management team.

In her tenure, Inbal has overseen the establishment and growth of the Legal department, from a single in-house counsel to a team of 20 professionals, strategically stationed in the USA, EMEA and APAC.

On top of her role, Inbal ddistinguished alumna of Harvard Law School Executive Education from the program “Leadership in Corporate Counsel” 2023. Inbal is a Board member of regulated entities and also of Associate Corporate Counsels (ACC) organization. She also the Chairman of the High Tech Forum (Israel chapter) and a Co-Chairman of the GDPR and Data Protection committee in the Israeli Bar Association.

Inbal has a vest experience as a key speaker in international professional conferences (e.g. in Brussels, New York, and Las Vegas, Israel, Europe).

Yehonatan Cohen

Yehonatan is a Lead Expert and Head of Contract Negotiation and Strategy (Germany) at KPMG. He is based in Frankfurt, Germany. At KPMG, Yehonatan leads several global contracting optimization projects across various functions. He has advised on the negotiation of agreements in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. Prior to joining KPMG, Yehonatan was a litigator at international law firms in the US. 

Yehonatan has guest lectured on ethics, negotiation, and networking at various universities, including Harvard, Bocconi, and Sciences Po. He has also conducted corporate trainings in the US, France, and South Africa. Yehonatan serves as the German Country Representative of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) the world’s largest organization for in-house counsel. 

Yehonatan is licensed to practice law in California and before the US Supreme Court.
