"Managing Under Pressure" workshop by Benoit AUGER

As a workshop, the idea of those courses is to help participants cope with the notion of navigating in a complex environment dealing with pressure and stress. As a main pillar of this new type of management the concept of emotional intelligence (EI) will investigated as well as mental preparation for athlete.

The goal of this workshop, beyond understanding the mechanisms inherent to emotional intelligence, will be to improve the feeling of comfort in stressful environment and situations through pragmatical tools and methodologies.

About Benoit AUGET

Benoît is the founding partner of Slabb, a firm created in 2020. 
Trained as a biologist, Benoît worked for 15 years with major international consulting firms (Accenture, Aon Hewitt, Heidrick & Struggles) in the Talent & Organization Performance practices in France and abroad (Europe, Middle East and Asia) He co-founded Sewster a leadership advisory firm in 2014, which he left in 2020 to focus on the coaching of executive teams and mental preparation of high level athletes. 

Specialized in the support of Leadership teams and high-potential profiles, Benoît now assists Steering Committees, international Executive Committees and family offices in their search for sustainable performance.

" Business to Business Digital Transformation " course by Nathalie PENFORNIS and Dr. Daniel Beimborn

Organizations of all types, industries, and sizes are expected to digitally transform their business models, products, operations, and customer interaction. In this course, participants will reflect on the unique characteristics of digital technologies that make some previous forms of management obsolete and require the adoption of changed ways of managerial thinking and acting. This course will apply a holistic perspective on a firm’s digital transformation and shows how management must cover and synchronize transformation activities at the architectural (data, processes, information systems), organizational, and cultural level.

About Nathalie PENFORNIS

Nathalie is a CTO/COO Executive in Digital and Transformation consultancy. For more than 15 years, she has held managerial positions on teams, linking IT to business, in the fields of agile project management, digital product management, business development and managerial innovation.

About Dr. Daniel Beimborn

Daniel Beimborn is full professor and the holder of the chair of Information Systems Management at the University of Bamberg, Germany. He is also adjunct professor and co-head of the ProcessLab at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Germany. 

Prof. Beimborn graduated and received his PhD at the Goethe University in Frankfurt before he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Bamberg. He was a visiting researcher at Microsoft in Redmond, at Louisiana State University, at Georgia State University, and at the MIT.
