The KEDGE Global MBA team is pleased to offer you a conference in English on Proven Strategies to Boost Your Influence as a Leader. The conference will take place on the Paris campus.

Exercising effective leadership requires embracing power as a vital tool. While the concept of "power" is frequently discussed, its true essence often remains elusive. Many mistakenly associate it with mere command and control. This lecture introduces participants to diagnosing and leveraging interpersonal and structural power resources. With a deeper understanding of power dynamics, leaders will be better prepared to handle unexpected challenges and changes in the business landscape. By leading with passion and confidence, they will inspire their teams to achieve higher levels of success.

This conference will be presented by Dr. Eugene B. Kogan is an award-winning Harvard thought leader and keynote speaker on power strategies in negotiation, mediation and leadership.

He is the Managing Director of Kogan Global Advisory LLC and teaches at Harvard Division of Continuing Education’s Extension School and Professional & Executive Development Programs.
