Pedagogy

The learning experience we deliver to our students is a key concern for the school.

Our faculty plays a central role in the educational activities. They are the key stakeholders.
Its organisation takes into consideration three aspects which allow us to meet the challenge of achieving educational excellence.

Training our Professors

We attach particular importance to supporting our professors and help them boost their skills including: the development of new teaching methods, the development of new learning experiences for their students as well as providing them with digital learning tools. (Learning Mobile System, Tools, etc.)

A set of educational tools

The teaching staff are provided with a set of educational tools giving them access to educational resources to help consolidate the learning process for students (Percipio, CrossKnowledge, etc.)

Educational innovation support

We work to support the deployment of innovations and educational projects, both financially and in terms of resources.
Study trips for students are regularly organised by the different KEDGE programmes - (for example, as part of the MSc Innovation, Transformation & Entrepreneurship, the MSc in International Trade & Logistics, the Grande Ecole Programme , the MSc in International Business, a study trip to the European Commission is organised each year). It gives students the possibility to visit different companies and to meet professionals.

Educational Innovation Award

This award is issued during the Faculty’s convention each year to an individual having incorporated an innovative practice to his or her teaching.
In 2018, this award went to Pierre Mora, a professor of marketing who developed the Flipped Teaching concept as part of the Executive Education programme.
In 2019, the winner of the award was Karine Goglio-Primard, a teacher-researcher in BtoB marketing – “Educational Innovation Award 2019”.

Key highlights

  • The “educational projects” initiative: It encourages and supports initiatives from Faculty members twice a year.
  • The educational committee: Once a year, it deals with all subjects linked to teaching and education which emerge from the programmes, the departments and the educational management team.
  • The Faculty conventions: Twice a year, they bring together the entire teaching staff. They discuss their own approach, their experiences and explore new educational and strategic ideas.
