What is an Executive MBA ?

Taught in major business schools such as KEDGE Business School, the EMBA corresponds to "Executive Master of Business Administration". This high-level programme is specially designed for managing professional with a several of years of experience wishing to accelerate their career, acquire additional skills and grow up their network.

This master's-type degree is very focused on practice and experience. The participants work on case studies around the problems encountered in a professional environment. Modules are taught on a part-time basis so that students can continue to pursue their professional life.

What is a DBA ?

It happens that after an MBA, professionals wish to go further by pursuing real research work. The DBA, or Doctorate of Business Administration, is the version of the doctorate especially intended for professionals. As senior executives do not have the time to complete a traditional doctorate, a DBA allows them to work at the same time.

The DBA offers the opportunity to research students to reflect on management issues, while combining practice with theory. The courses focus on methodology, and the rest of the time is spent working on a thesis.
